Established in 2009, the Jeju Museum of Art is dedicated to being the Jeju's foremost art museum by contributing to improve Jeju's art scene. In order to become a world-class museum showcasing Jeju’s own characteristics, the museum strives to realize the identity of Jeju culture, protect local residents’ yearning to maintain their own cultural identity and present special exhibitions and cultural programs that connect Jeju with the international community. With these efforts, the museum wishes to be a pleasant place for all to enjoy.
