Yesong art gallery was opened in 1992 on the Bongsan Culture Street, which is the cultural core of Daegu city. The gallery is specialized in western paintings. The purpose of managing gallery is to deepen citizens' aesthetic sense about painting art and to branch out their recognitions of art deeply with introducing new art trends. So the exhibitions focus on planning premier previews and they have special programs with works of medium standing's creative painters. The gallery also has a specialty in scouting and supporting for young of painters of great originality.
